Star Bulk Prepares Athens Dual Listing with €100m Share Offering
The Nasdaq-listed dry bulk giant plans to tap the Athens Exchange in early September to broaden its capital market presence.

Petros Pappas-led Star Bulk Carriers is preparing to establish a dual listing on the Athens Exchange, adding a domestic trading venue to complement its long-standing presence on the Nasdaq.
The dry bulk operator is targeting an offering of approximately €100 million ($116 million) in shares as part of the upcoming Greek transaction, according to local financial reports citing Beta Securities.
The dual listing process is scheduled to take place between September 9 and September 11, setting a rapid timetable for the company's debut on the Athens bourse.
Star Bulk becomes the latest prominent Greek shipping company to leverage the country's reviving domestic capital market, providing local and regional investors with direct access to one of the sector's largest listed bulk carrier fleets.
