United Shipping & Trading Co. (USTC) has announced plans to co-locate several of its business entities at a newly established commercial hub in Copenhagen. The new premises, situated within the Marmormolen development in the city's Nordhavn district, will accommodate personnel across multiple group brands.

The Copenhagen office has been designed to host more than 150 workstations. The facility will house staff representing USTC, Bunker Holding, Dan-Bunkering, Global Risk Management, CM Biomass, Unit IT, Uni-Tankers, and Selfinvest under one roof.

USTC indicated that the shared workplace is structured to foster greater interaction and unlock collaborative commercial opportunities across the independent entities by placing teams in closer operational proximity.

The Copenhagen move reflects an existing real estate model that USTC has established in other global commercial centers. The group already operates similar multi-entity corporate hubs in Houston and Singapore.
