Wison New Energies and Shell Partner to Expand FLNG Technology Access
A new collaboration between Wison New Energies and Shell aims to introduce proprietary liquefaction systems to the broader floating LNG market.

Chinese clean energy services specialist Wison New Energies has forged an agreement with UK-headquartered energy major Shell to expand the commercial availability of Shell's liquefaction technology across the floating liquefied natural gas sector.
The strategic cooperation marks the first time Shell's proprietary liquefaction systems are being offered to the wider market. The arrangement is designed to enhance Wison's FLNG capability portfolio.
Both companies are targeting an acceleration in the development and deployment of next-generation FLNG infrastructure through the commercial rollout of the technology.
The partnership aims to support evolving project requirements in the offshore gas sector by combining Shell's liquefaction engineering with Wison's floating platform offerings.
